Where to Buy Tuak in Sarawak (Online + Delivered to Your Door)
8 June 2026
Tuak — Sarawak's traditional rice wine — used to be something you could only get at a longhouse during Gawai, or from a friend who knew a brewer. Today you can have it delivered to your door. Here's how to buy authentic Sarawak tuak, what it costs, and the question everyone asks first: whether it's legal (it is).
Buy Tuak Madis online
We keep it simple. Browse the full range in our shop, choose your flavours and sizes, and check out — your order opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to us, and we confirm stock and delivery in the chat. No account, no card details on a form; just a conversation and a bottle on the way.
Every flavour comes in 500ml and 1L. The range runs from the heritage Original through single-ingredient co-ferments — Roselle, Ginger, Apple, Dragon Fruit, Tebu, Grape, Watermelon — to the smoked-barley Stout and our twice-distilled spirit, Langkau.

Yes. Tuak is part of Sarawak's living heritage, and traditional tuak produced and sold within Sarawak doesn't require the separate liquor licence that applies to commercial alcohol — we confirmed this with the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak (MTCP). We cover the details in Is it legal to buy and sell tuak in Sarawak? You do need to be 18 or older, and we deliver within Sarawak only.
Buying for an event?
For weddings, Gawai, and corporate gifts we make custom-labelled mini bottles (100ml and 250ml) with your own sticker — see customised bottles for events.
