No refunds, no returns
Tuak Madis does not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, it is final.
Why
Tuak is a small-batch, consumable alcoholic product, brewed by hand in Kuching. Once a bottle has left us we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, so we cannot take it back and we cannot resell it.
Please check before you confirm
Because every sale is final, we confirm your order with you over WhatsApp before it is finalised — the flavour, the size, the quantity, the delivery address, and the total. That conversation is your chance to change anything. If something is not right, tell us before you confirm, and we will fix it then.

If anything is unclear, ask us before you order — we would much rather answer a question than have you order the wrong thing. Contact us.

Nothing on this page removes or limits any right you have under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
