Age
You must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol from Tuak Madis. We ask you to confirm your age before entering the site, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe is being placed by a minor.
Where we ship
Sarawak only at present. Postcode prefixes 15xxx–16xxx (Kelantan) and 20xxx–24xxx (Terengganu) are blocked entirely. Other Malaysian states arrive when we have the licensing right.
Returns + refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We confirm every order with you over WhatsApp before it is finalised, so please check it carefully then. See our refund policy for the full statement.
Pricing + delivery
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Delivery is free within Kuching; outside Kuching it is charged at RM 5 per litre (pro-rata, minimum RM 5 per order), shown at checkout and confirmed with you over WhatsApp before the order is finalised.
Liability
We brew alcohol. Consume responsibly. We are not liable for the effects of consuming our product beyond what is required by Malaysian law.
