Age
You must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol from Tuak Madis. We verify age at checkout and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that fails verification.
Where we ship
Sarawak only at present. Postcode prefixes 15xxx–16xxx (Kelantan) and 20xxx–24xxx (Terengganu) are blocked entirely. Other Malaysian states arrive when we have the licensing right.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are charged at order time. Estimated ship dates are advisory; if a batch slips significantly we'll email you with the option to cancel and refund. You can cancel a pre-order yourself within 24 hours of placing it.
Returns + refunds
We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us via Telegram and we will refund or replace at our discretion. See /refund-policy for the full statement.
Pricing + delivery
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Delivery is free within Kuching; outside Kuching it is charged at RM 5 per litre (pro-rata, minimum RM 5 per order), shown at checkout and confirmed with you over WhatsApp before the order is finalised.
Vouchers + achievements
Achievement vouchers are tied to the account that earned them, are non-transferable, and expire on the date shown when you redeem them. We reserve the right to revoke vouchers that were earned through fraud or manipulation.
Liability
We brew alcohol. Consume responsibly. We are not liable for the effects of consuming our product beyond what is required by Malaysian law.
