How we handle your data.

When you create an account or place an order, we store your name, email, phone, date of birth, and shipping address. When you pay, our payment processors (Billplz, Stripe) handle your card or bank details — we never see them and never store them.

We also keep records of your orders, achievements, and reviews while your account exists.

To fulfil your orders, send confirmations and delivery updates, verify age compliance for alcohol sales, and (if you opt in) send newsletters.

Our payment processors (Billplz, Stripe), our delivery aggregator (EasyParcel), and our email provider (Resend) — each gets only what they need to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email hello@tuakmadisborneo.com with the request and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
